Note: Regulatory and the term rate-limiting are very different. These enzymes may be able to regulate through presence or absence of certain molecules or whatever. Rate-limiting is the enzyme that is the slow step and the rate of this reaction is not determined by substrate concentration, but only by the activities of these enzymes. Regulators can up or downregulate while rate-limiting is needed in order for full reaction to go through.
