What does position 2 tell us?

- Between 20 and 40 seconds, the particle remains exactly 20 meters to the north of its original position. It is stationary with respect to movement along a north-south axis. The particle may or may not be moving east or west, but we do not have any information that would allow us to determine its movement in those directions.
